Update: Apparently there was a little strip of dispensaries for legal prescriptions in downtown Oakland which was nicknamed, "Oakstradam..." At one point, there were four all on the same strip...One got jacked with heavy artillery, the other got broken into...the other got shut down due to building code violation or something...
